Full Time - Sales Account Executive (USA - Remote)
Registria is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth for their rapidly scaling SaaS platform. This full-time position reports to the CRO and involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with marketing and client success teams to deliver measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new customers for Registria’s solution
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue potential
- Create, update, and deliver accurate forecasts
- Present Registria’s vision to prospects through product demonstrations, events, and targeted initiatives
- Coordinate with extended team members (marketing, client success, implementations, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Ability to creatively sell and align Registria’s solution value across various buyer touch points
- Effective at positioning in build vs. buy discussions
- Experience selling licenses/subscriptions to midsize and large organizations, with ownership of territory management
- Skilled at negotiating business terms with senior management and C-level executives
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience contributing to discussions beyond marketing, including product, sales, customer satisfaction, and employee branding
- Experience selling to brand manufacturers, especially durable goods manufacturers, is a plus
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a proven track record of advancing deals
- Tenacity, perseverance, and pragmatism
Experience and Education
- 5+ years of on-quota, B2B software (SaaS) sales experience
- CRM and customer experience (CX) management sales experience is a plus
- Experience selling licenses/subscriptions to midsize and large organizations
- Skilled at negotiating business terms with senior management and C-level executives
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
- On Target Earnings: $160,000 - $200,000 (includes commission)
- Fully remote position (preferably in Denver, CO, Palo Alto, CA, Chicago, IL, New York/New Jersey)
- Less than 10% travel required (for trade shows and prospect visits)
